Scale in the tub and on parts	Hard water PH/Alkalinity out of balance	Spa-defender Spa-down	test water if necessary and add spa-down retest for preventive maintanance and add spa defender weekly.
Turbid water	PH/Alkalinity out of balance. Clogged filter(s) Short on cleaning product. Oils, soap, sun oil, zonneolie and other pollutants in water. Excessive residues of chemicals in water	Spa-Up Spa-Down Spa- filter-clean Spa-Chlorine Spa-Bright&Clear Change water	Test water, add spa up or spa down. use filter cleaner 1 x per 3 weeks Add Chlorine 1xp/week spa treatment with Bright&Clear Spa-ozonator is finished Change water if l 1 month old
